The G2 Report is a Quarterly Report that pulls verified customer reviews and aggregates them to tell others which applications are most effective and popular. G2 has four primary reports: 

  • The Grid® Report
    The G2 category Grid® Reports looks at each application within the context of its product category. This report considers two primary factors: satisfaction(x-axis) and market presence (y-axis). Based on that result, the popular grid pattern is illustrated with all the different applications plotted based on their results.
  • The Index Report
    G2 category Index Reports are a complex aggregation of multiple data points collected from verified user reviews. The report focuses on indicating if a product is highly rated based on its; usability, implementation, relationship, and results. 
  • Compare Reports
    G2 Compare Reports feature comparison of up to four competing products based on satisfaction ratings and highlight the top product for each metric.
  • The Momentum Report
    The Momentum Reports demonstrates the growth trajectory of an application within the last year based on several factors, including social, web, employee, and review data that G2 finds relevant to a company’s momentum.
